5 Vegetables That Destroy Belly Fat

Everyone knows to “eat your veggies.”  We’ve been taught this since preschool.  As you might guess, there is rationale behind why we were all taught this saying so young.. It’s good advice for many reasons, but the most important reason is that they are high in nutrition and low in calories.

Many of us in the fitness industry have also heard the mantra, “abs are made in the kitchen”.   This statement is 100% TRUE.  You will never be able to achieve (and maintain) a lean, muscular physique if you eat poorly.  Eating a lot of vegetables is a great way to limit stored fat on your body simply because they are nutrient rich and contain low amounts of calories.
